Proper Use Of Inhalers In Asthama

Most of them complain that even after using the inhalers, i am not getting releif. but the reason is improper use of the inhalers. even i use to not use properly. after doctors advice i discard 1 puff outside, take a deep breathe 2-3 time and leave the air out. then take a deep breathe, take the fumes inside, hold the breathe for some times and then remove the inhalers.

Inhalers are to be used in a proper way. You should completely exhale before taking inhalers and then inhale deeply the medeications in the inhalers. This is will help the medications to enter the lungs and the effect will be high.

even i am using inhaler..but some times the drug doesnt go into the airway and will not give instant....relief..i want the correct technique whch gives maximum relief ..can any one post a reply or link to the video
