Welcome to health care magic
Dear patient, having a burning sensation in the throat during exercise, mucus build up in the throat in early morning hours, weight gain probably due to more food intake to releive epigastric burning , asthama like problem ,all these point towards the gastroesophageal reflux disease which is more common in obese people , so you please consult a gastroenterologist who after evaluating you will prescribe you some medication that will prevent acid formation and its reflux into the food pipe(esophagus) and hope fully your problem will get releived. Mean while you should try to refrain from excessive spices, fried foods, tea, coffee, alcohol, and smoking if you consume these
wish you good luck
thanks
Dr Arshad
