Protected Sex, Itching Inside Foreskin, Yellow Discharge, Neck Pain, Swollen Glands. Related Symptoms?

Hi there, I have had several partners over the past 2 weeks. Each time I have used protection in the form of a condom but I now have quite severe itching inside my foreskin and there is a yellow discharge . The discharge returns about 2 hours after cleaning. I m also getting pain in my neck around my glands, although I m not sure if these problems are related. Thanks for the help

Hello and welcome to HCM
You need to get a microbilogical examination of the discharge oozing out from the penis.
Yhere is a definite infection, bet the type will only be known after examining the discharge.
Presence of pain in the neck region can be related to this infection which may be causing the enlargement of the lymph nodes in the neck.
If the lymph nodes are palpable, get a FNAC done.
Isolation of any particular organism will only guide in tailoring the treatment for you.
