Hi am going through menopause and started on hrt. I was having all the symptoms severely. I had 2 saliva tests done. My estrogen is very high and I am suffering extremely high morning anxiety. My diet is terrible as I went through a terrible time in June with a dr taking me of my antidepressant and straight onto another one which caused serotonin syndrome. My dr got me back on track with that. I wake up 2/3 during night and I have a constant thirst and always needing the loo. My memory is bad. Dr thinks it may be high cortisol. Please can you give me any advice
