What Are The Symptoms Of Urethral Caruncle?

I have a urethral caruncle. I have been getting treatment since early December...........HRT cream placed in vagina. I am still getting symtoms and there is still blood in the urine. Is this normal after such time. How long can this go on for. Will it ever clear up ?

urethral caruncle is a benign cutaneous overgrowth of urethral meatus.
Generally seen in post menopausal women due to estrogen deficiencey that lead to atrophic genital epithelium.
Symptoms are below:
Hematuria
Vginal infection or urinary tract infection: burning mituration, pain, itching may be occur.
Yes your symptoms may be due to urethral caruncle as in some case it require longer treatment.
Consult your doctor if not resolves
