Pulsating Sensation In Breast Area, No Other Symptoms. Possible Reason?

I have been experiencing for 2 days very intermittently a feeling like a pulsating sensation for a brief moment in the upper left breast area not deep in the chest wall but enough to go ouch. It is not there all the time and I have no other symptoms. In generally very good health weight 70 kg non smoker and non drinker exercise ever day for 1 hour I am 67 year old female
