Pulse Feeling In Chest, Chewing Gum For Quit Smoking. Suggestion?

I have feel pulses in the right side of my face and a little presure when it happens, it started on Monday and then went away but returned on tuesday, I woke up today feeleing better but it just started again...should I worry? I am 49 years old and quit smoking two years ago, but I still chew the gum for quiting smoking becasue my husband still smokes. do you think I need to see the doctor?
