JAN
Heart rate is around 60.This is lower limit of normal heart rate.If you are not having any symptoms like giddiness, fainting, chest pain, sweating then you need not do anything for heart rate of 60.
You have high blood pressure. It is 190/80 mm of hg. normal blood pressure is around 120/80 mm of hg.
Blood pressure of 190/80 need to be treated with antihypertensive medicines as it can lead many life threatening complications like stroke, myocardial infarction, heart failure ,kidney disease.
As you do not want to take any medicines, you can try for salt restricted diet, low fat diet and exercise. This will help you to reduce blood pressure up to some extent.
Also get evaluated from your physician for cause of your hypertension.
I would like to suggest to start on anti-hypertensive medicines for better management.
BP 190/80 even on spike is abnormal is stage 3 hypertension - you have to take medicine for controlling BP
GO TO CARDIOLOGIST AND INVESTIGATE THOROUGHLY FOR CAUSE AND ANY TARGET ORGAN DAMAGE IS THERE OR NOT.
IT IS GOOD THAT YOU ARE FOLLOWING NATURAL WAYS OF CONTROLLING BP , BUT ANY BP ABOVE 140/90 NEEDS MEDICINES
