Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement, Dr. Saurabh Gupta's Response
Hello, Thanks for writing to us.
As xray is ok and in good position, the bossing area seems to be due to callus(bone) formation which is helpful in healing. Give one week more rest and after that you need physiotherapy exercises to regain range of motion of fingers. Hope this helps you. You can consult me again directly through my profile http://www.healthcaremagic.com/doctors/dr-saurabh-gupta/64132 Regards.
