Pus And Blood Oozing From Belly Button, Lump Above Belly Button And Severe Pain After Touching. What Is The Cure?
Hello, my name is Veronica, and i'm in severe pain. My belly button is leaking puss and blood, and it smells horrible. There's also a lump directly right above my belly button about the size of a tangerine. It is causing me severe pain anytime i touch it, move, lay, just pretty much anything i do. Someone please help me?

Pus,blood and bad smell in the belly button is caused by a bacterial infection. A navel infection can produce pus as well as a clear discharge, bleeding, redness, and inflammation.
It usually occurs after bad hygiene,tight clothing.
Take proper local care,clean it with antiseptic soap or liquid,make it dry properly and start to apply antibiotic cream like fusidic acid.
Take oral antibiotic like amoxy/clavulinic to subside bacterial infection and nsaid to subside pain,swelling,inflammation.
If it is recurrent then go for investigations like cbc,fbs,ppbs,pus c/s to rule out underlying condition and proper medical management.
Get examined by your family physician for proper diagnosis and medical management.
