Pus Around Hair Follicle At Lower Abdomen, Increased Inflammation, Pus Breaks Out, Bleeding. Taking Cefixime. Recommendations?
hi ,i am suffering with the following symptoms pus around the hair follicle at lower portion of the abdomen and after 2 days inflammation increases and the pus wound breaks and high amount of blood bleeds from this infected area
I have consulted the doctor at my home town ,he gave me cefixime &(serratiopeptidase and diclofenac) tablets it worked until the course over and after the course the infection reappares what to do?
Sometimes such hair causes and infection because it gets ingrown. In that case, it should be removed with surrounding tissues, otherwise an infection will come back.
Other possible reason of infection recurrence is bacteria resistance to given antibiotics. In such case, pus culture test should be done to give proper antibiotic.
Increased blood sugar level very often makes us prone to such infections. So it can be a symptom of diabetes. That is why I suggest you to have blood sugar checked.
