Hello dear, The lesions as mentioned in your post can be due to: 1. Folliculitis (infection/ inflammation of hair follicle) 2. Blockage & infection of sebaceous gland 3. Fungal infection 4. Allergic reaction Symptomatic relief can be obtained with: 1. Intake of antihistamine preparations like Allegra 2. Application of topical steroid & antifungal ointment 3. Calamine lotion for symptomatic relief 4. Antibiotics to prevent secondary bacterial infection. However, the underlying cause needs to be treated. If symptoms still persist, kindly visit a Dermatologist & get a proper clinical examination done to find the exact cause.
