Pus In Urine, Pain While Urination After Sex, Eased With Medicines, Test Showed Pus Cells, Ultrasound Normal. What Should Be Done?

hi doctor, once i have done sex twice with one lady, after four five days i have pain while passing the urine and some pus was comming. for that i have taken amicacin inj in morning and levoflexin tab in the night for five days, after that the pain has controlled but the pus was comming like a small white tread, for that i have taken janocin tabs for five days but not controlled. if the urine was stock for an hour the colour was light yellow and the tread was comming in cue test only the tread showing plenty of puscells, ultrasound showing normal,plz tell the suggestion what to do

Dear Ashok Kumar, hello.
It is quite evident that you are having severe Urinary Tract Infection as there are plenty of pus cells in your report. Pus cells are indication of presence of infection due to some bacterial organism in your urinary tract. Just taking antibiotics through self medication will not eradicate the infection. Please have culture and Senstivity test done of your urine sample and take antibiotic according to the report of senstivity.
By this you will be taking the right antibiotic for that organism. This will treat your infection.
Also take alkalizing agent along with the antibiotic as this will also help in controlling your infection.
Please take the medicines under medical supervision only. Also ndrink plenty of pure filtered water.
