Q: Diagnosis for Stubborn Chronic Headache, Insomnia, And Feeling of the Pulsation in all my Body and Feeling Of eyeball movement with the pulsation And Adrenaline rush sensation while trying to Sleep
Symptoms:
Dizziness, Occipital & frontal & retrobulbar Headache non stop for 1 month, feeling that my eyeball keeps moving with the pulsation, and Insomnia! headache is mild , but supracilliary arch pressure is severe (maybe it's frontal headache) sometimes 1-2 minutes of severe right temporal headache. i can feel my pulse all the time , mostly when i go to sleep , and i get the "adrenaline rush" feeling when i'm trying to sleep , and i can't sleep only after hours (2-4 hours) i went to a neurologist and he gave me Antidepressant and and sedatives and anti panic drugs, i have no idea what for, but since i'm a medical student and i know the side effects of these drugs i didn't even buy them , i used Paracetamol and Lornoxicam and Ibuprofen, Headache won't go away. i'm thinking to do CT. P.S. i had 1 month ago a hookah session over 1 hour with friends, after the session i had intense headache , chill and shivering, i did a hot bathtub to decrease the symptoms. i don't know if this can be related. another thing , i used to go to gym and i took a C4 which is a preworkout supplement contain a bunch of stimulants like Caffaiene and Synephrine and Creatine... since then i stopped working out. and stopped taking energy supplements. please i need your help!
