Question, I Am A Bariatric Patient That Has Been Having

Question, I am a bariatric patient that has been having issues with severe diarrhea no matter what I eat or drink, weak, tired, and pain in my lower right side. Went to my Bariatric doc and she was thinking I might have a case of bad bacteria so give me metronidazole 500mg 3x a day. Well now I feel worse, cannot concentrate, feverish, more diarrhea and feel like I just want to die. Something is wrong. Could I possible have a "Leaky Gut" issue? Little more I have psoriasis, moody and do have fibromyalgia. Is there any test for leaky gut?
