Quick Pulse, Chest Pain, Bruises, Costochondritis On Exercising. Treatment?
What does it mean when your heart beats fast and hard when i exercise? Also i think It s like that cause i had costochondritis pain in my chest! I got this from lifting weights and bruised it in the inside of my chest:( and the doctor told me it could take 2 to 3 months to heal, but the pain is gone:) now and I m pretty sure It s not healed 100%.
Increase in heart beat during exercise is a normal physiological mechanism due to sympathetic stimulation. The pain can be attributed to costochondritis, secondary to the inflammatory process. Symptomatic relief can be obtained with anti inflammatory preparations, application of analgesic+muscle relaxants. If symptoms still persist, kindly consult an Orthopedician for proper clinical examination. Investigation like X ray or MRI of the chest will be helpful in detecting the pathological cause for the symptoms.
Wishing you a good health. Take care.
