R/Sir, my child is 11 years old,he is suffering from delayed milestone. he started walking after 3 years and can not speak except a few common words.however he understands everything and explains in his own style.his left leg is slightly curved and he toe walks.After 3 days of his birth he was suffered from spasm,by his hands and leg . In his MRI of brain it was found that a white matter exist in both sides of his brain.Till now he can copy roughly small words written but does not understand number system or alphabets.Please guide me in this regard or any other detail required please ask me
