Raised Bump On Breast, Painful, Periodic Thick Lactation From Nipple. Applied Hydrocortosone. Suggestions?

i found a raised bump on my breast while it was very painful for two days i put hydrocortosone on it it lessened the pain a little but i broken the skin a little and clear fluid came out with a little blood. I do periodically have thick lactation from this nipple for years now but this bump worries me I assumed it was a bug bite

hi..you have periodical secretion from the breast.. you could be having hyperprolactinemia, see your endocrinologist for the diagnosis, get one CT scan done... because it may be due to prolactinomas also. but this is associated with vision disturbances... all the very best..
