Random Nose Bleeds,cause And Cure
okaay so my sister has been having random nose bleeds , she thinks its from just the left nostril! anyway, she woke up last night at three in the morning because her nose was bleeding , is this normal and what is it caused by? last week she was sitting there doing her hair and randomly her nose just started bleeding.. so whats going on? is it a bad thing or what? need answers, pleaaaase? could it be bad signs for some thing aswell? thankyou.

Is your sister is having blood pressure ?
If there is sudden rising of blood pressure, many a time there is bleeding from nose or from any part of body.
Go for her blood pressure checked.
If there is congestion in nasal mucosa then also bleeding might be there.
Put some decongestant nasal drops like Otrivin.
apply some ice pack on the nose.
If require go for blood checking like bleeding and clotting time, platelet count etc.
Ok and take care

hi,
commonest cause of nose bleed is nose picking. if she has habit of nose picking, she has to stop. other common causes are infection of septum of nose and hypertension. definitely this is bad thing, go to your ENT specialist and get it treat ASAP.
