Random Sharp Upper Right Chest Pains, Ache In Left Arm And Middle Of Spine. Solution ?

18 years old with random sharp upper right chest pains that is localized to one area where the rib meets the chest bone. Also have an ache in my left arm that will be in the shoulder one minute and forearm the next. Last for about 10 seconds and then goes. Also having very sharp spurts of pain in the middle of my spine. Again only lasting a few seconds but is unbearable when it hits.

Hello,
Pain in middle of chest can be due to either costochondritis or due to reflux esophagitis where acid reflux in food pipe & give rise to symptoms.Ache in arm can also be due to this.

Please check your posture.At this age pain at middle back can be due to bad posture.
