Randomly, or while working (lawn care) I get this sensation of feeling pins and needles all over my body. I sweat at work and it's normal. The sensation doesn't happen as often. When I'm in the shower it happens every night. And sometimes just randomly. After feeling the sensation, I sweat. What's going on?
