Rapid Weight Gain, Excessive Thirst At Night, Cough With Blood While Brushing. Cause Of Symptoms?

Dear Doctor, I am forty-Nine years old, femALE,now my problem is I had a hysteromy done when I was 38 yrs old, i was never place on any herome replacement, however I am gaining rapid weight presently, everything is hinting probably its diabetes ,but there is also another problem I am very thirty in the nights to the exteme where i feel as if I want to choke, and in the mornignwhile brushing my teeth i would cough lots of blood . I would be grately for all your advice. Deborah

ANY CANCERS ARE USUALLY ASSOCIATED WITH WEIGHT LOSS RATHER THAN WEIGHT GAIN, YOU NEED TO KEEP THIS THING IN MIND. OBSERVE THE COLOUR OF THE BLOOD MIXED COUGH, WHETHER IS IT FRANK RED OR BROWNISH RED. AMOUNT OF THE BLOOD COMING WITH COUGH/SPUTUM IS VERY IMPORTANT, SOME TIMES IT MIGHT BE DUE TO BRUSHING HARD, OR SOME ALLERGIC CONDITIONS WHICH MIGHT CAUSED COUGH.
SECONDLY GET BLOOD SUGARS ESTIMATION DONE, LOOK FOR ANY SIGNS OF DIABETES OR HYPERTENSION.
NEXT, GET ONE CHEST X RAY DONE, IT REVEALS LOT OF FINDINGS AS YOU ARE COMPLAINING OF CHOKING AND COUGHING LOT OF BLOOD.
GET ONE COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT AND IF POSSIBLE GET BONE MARROW BIOPSY TESTING DONE.

AS PER MY VIEW TUBERCULOSIS, AND CANCERS ARE AT DISTANCE CAUSE. GO THROUGH THESE INVESTIGATIONS.
