Rash On Breast, Dry Scaly Flat Patches Near Armpit, Pink Dots Around The Nipple. Is This Breast Cancer?

I have a rash on my left breast and I am scared it is inflammatory breast cancer. The rash does not itch or hurt, I would have even noticed it was there if i didnt glance at my breast while getting ready. Around the outline of the armpit there are three dry scaly flat patches about the size of a pea..but they are flat. Then around the nipple there are 3 small pink dots again they dont itch but when i squeeze them clear fluid come out. I suffer from health anxiety, os of course I am freaking out and checking my breast every 5 min to see if there is a change since i know IBC spread quickly.

Welcome to HCM.It wold be prudent to seek the help of your GP/doctor who can examine you and guide you.The rash on the breast may be secondary to contact dermatitis/allergy,it would be best to have it checked.I doubt that you are having a malignancy or cancer.
