Rash On Buttocks And Lower Back, Redness, Itchy, Pain When Applying Pressure. Concerned

I recently had an outbreak of cluster-like rash on my right buttocks and lower back. They are small, really red, but not like a pimple. It's really itchy and there is a little bit on pain when I apply pressure to it. I also noticed that my right inguinal node is swollen to a size of a pinto bean. It happened about a day or two after I shaved my groin area. I have never had any sexual contact of any sort before. I'm just concerned what could be happening.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having either fungal infection or infection or ingrowing hair follicle infection following shaving.
Apply antibiotic, anti-fungal cream locally.
As there are enlarge, tender lymph nodes in groin you may require one course of oral antibiotic.
For itching you may take Cetrizine or Benadryl tablet.
Ok and take care.
