Rash On Face, Scar On Arm. Took Typhoid Vaccine, Drank Alcohol. Yeast Or Gluten?

Got hep a and typhoid vaccine last mon, this weekend had a few drinks and broke out in rash on my face and a scar on my arm turned bright red. Prior to this weekend, I had eased up on drinking over the past month and been on an all fruit and veggie diet. The nights I broke out I also had pizza, so maybe it has to do with
yeast or gluten?

Hi!
Welcome to HCM!
Your rash can be either due to vaccine or food allergy.
A vaccine, like any medicine, could cause a reaction. But the risk of a vaccine causing serious harm, is extremely small.
iF You have noticed any reaction with these food items previously then it can be due to these, avoid them in future.
If the rash aggravates then do contact your doctor.Take care!
