Rashes In Breast, Individual Areas That Are Flat And Red, Chills, Bout, Legs And Knee Pain

Hi- I'm wondering if I have shingles? I work at a Home Health agency- and the nurses I showed my rash to- thought it was shingles. I have a small area of rash underneath my left breast. It has 6 individual, small red areas that are flat and red- about the size of the tip of a pencil lead. I had chills through the night, bout 4 days ago- since then I have had pain in my legs and knees, and had a low grade fever and some more chilling? I also have had no pain or itching.

Hello,

The history is more in favour of viral infection and rash. Herpes are produces rash which is a vesicular lesion restricted to a single dermatome. Acyclovir is the drug of choice. Consult a dermatologist and get it conformed.
