Rashes On Hands After Taking Shower, Itching For Few Hours. Changed Soap And Shampoo. Remedy?

Ihave been getting mosquito like bites after I shower. They start as a tingling on my Fingers, on the top side of my hand, while I am in the shower and begin to itch like a mosquito bite within moments. These mosquito like bumps to itch and burn and are only visible for about an hour. They only appear on my hands. Then they disappear and reappear after I shower. Please note, I have already changed my soap and shampoo. No luck. I don't believe I have scabies as I have no other bites and take regular showers. Please give any insight you can. I have tried to go to a dermatologist, but was told since he "Couldn't see them at the moment" there was nothing he could tell me.

Hello,

If your rashes are appearing after taking hot water bath than it might be because of what we call as cholinergic urticaroad. It is an kind of allergy that happens with increase in crore body temperature. But not sure if u have this condition, even sometimes water can cause rashes its called aquagenic urticaria. In cholinergic urticaria rashes appear also with exertion and everytime u sweat. Hope this is useful, consult a good dermatologist he can help u.
