Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
Your symptoms seem to be that of an irritant contact dermatitis to gloves. Sometimes it could be asymptomatic especially if your hands are well moisturised. Use a mild topical steroid to get rid of the rash along with emmollients. Using a cotton glove prior to wearing latex gloves prevents the recurrences.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
