Reason For Bp During Pregnancy?

Hi, I'm pregnant and have had high blood pressure from 8weeks pregnant. I'm on 400mg triandalate a day but my bp today was 154/98, having gone down as a result of the meds before this. I am now 21 weeks pregnant and can't understand this... Also don't know if I should be worried

Your bp comes under moderate hypertension and at 21 weeks it indicates imminent toxaemia needs hospitalization to start proper suitable antihypertensive.you also need investigation like urine protein,funduscopy,fetal USG for growth to rule out iugr.
