Reason For Cramps, Little Bleeding While Taking Trivora?

So i have been having really bad cramps for about a year now and hardly any bleeding. I am on the birthcontrol pill trivora. I have been to the doctors and have several pap smear this year from several differnt places. One doctor said he wasnt going toward endometriosis but something more in my git like crohnes disease. I am really worried and doctors wherd I live dont seem to take it seriously

Hi

Intake of birth control pills can cause abdominal cramps as side effect.Long term use of such pills can cause serious adverse effect and hence should be avoided.You can switch over to other methods of contraception inorder to reduce the side effects.

Crohns disease is an inflammatory bowel disease which can present as abdominal pain,diarrhoea, vomiting.Multiple tests such as blood test,stool test,colonoscopy may be required to confirm the diagnosis.
