I m exerciseing eating plenty of fiber and antioxidant foods but I m still gaining wait. Although I have only started taking the pill I have concerns about gaining more weight. my doctor said that this should help me lose I have not found any information as of yet to support her answer.
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. You had hysterectomy and it is not total hysterectomy as the ovaries are left. Only in total hysterectomy the hormone replacement therapy is given to supplement the estrogen level. Now if you use premarin it will in excess of the body requirement. I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment . The increase in weight may be due to the food, or sedentary life. You can keep weight under control, by avoiding fats, fries, junk foods, and oily foods. Increase your activity by practicing, morning walk, yoga, gardening, and do any work in front of you. Minimize the sleeping time ,practice late to bed, and early to rise, avoid day time sleep. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
