I have been spotting brown light pink and red blood off and on for about 2 weeks I don t get my period every month i have unprotected sex with my husband today when I went to use the bathroom I seen about 2 spots of red blood and clean discharge on the toilet paper when I wiped I been sleepy lately with a little cramps here and there what does this mean should I be worried
