Reason For Having Series Of Headache Starting From Neck To Head With Metallic Taste In Mouth And Dizziness?

Hi I had a CT scan on Thursday due to a series of headaches which came on swiftly started from the neck and radiated into the back of my hear. I had never experienced such a thing before. I've had migranes and other headaches before but this one was different. I cried for the entire duration of the episode, which lasted for 2 mins. It left me with a metallic taste in my mouth each time it happened. I was also a bit dizzy and tired. I'm only 31 so there was cause for concern. A CT was done, It showed no spinal leakage or brain abnormalities. Since then I've been resting.From Friday until now I've had no episodes. Just a blunt headache. My neck hurts quite a bit though. An the pain radiates outwards and upwards. My Scalp at the back of by head has a burning sensation and I can feel pressure from the inside of my head- I am very concerned as I am dizzy and my sight is dimmer than usual. Please help

Highly stressful condition may cause such symptoms, you need to control your thoughts otherwise the symptoms will increase very rapidly If I would be your doctor then I would put you on "Tricyclic antidepressant and the drub of choice would be "Amitriptyline and Diazepam" this would give good results but first to come out of this with your own have nice day.
