Reason For Having Very Low Blood Pressure With Constant Shivering And Painful Joints And Teeth

Hello, I am a 29-year-old female. 5'7", 113 lbs. My blood pressure is generally low, but lately has been hovering at 66/54-ish. My normal body temperature is 97.2. Lately I have been unable to tolerate cold (I am constantly shivering) and am very achy, even down to painful joints and teeth. I feel like I have the flu, but have no fever. I am also constantly exhausted and have no energy at all. When I walk up a flight of stairs, my heart races for several minutes. Do you have any recommendations?

Thank You!

Hello

I have studied your case with diligence.

You need to check your thyroid profile,as these can be symptoms of hypothyroidism.

As per your history and age another possibility of rheumatic arthritis or Juvenile Rheumatoid arthritis.

I will advise some important blood investigation like ASO titre,RA factor,ACCP,CRP,ESR,CBC.

Juvenile Rheumatoid arthritis may involve large or small joints and early morning stiffness in joints, if clinical and pathological reports match then early JRA diagnosis can be predicted.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care
