Reason For Irregular Heart Beat Despite Normal Potassium Levels?

Was having irregular heart beat for 2days and ended up getting checked at the emergency room. Turns out I had low potassium just under the lowest. I was given pottasium there and another for the following morning, it has been better but still acting up.....could there be an other reason as we'll? I' m 56 and have genetic high cholesterol. I eat a very healthy diet. Thank you your feedback.....

Hello,
There are a lot of reasons to have atrial fibrillation like valve disease, ischemic disease, thyroid disease etc. Sometimes everything looks normal and still we have an atrial fibrilation. So I suggest a total check up to find any reason for arrhythmia.
