Reason For Itchy Rash On Clavicle To Sternum?

I have had an itchy type rash from my right clavicle to the right side of my sternum that gets itch, then subsides and then becomes itchy again. This has been going on about a month, I have changed my soap and hair products thinking that this is an allergic reaction to some chemical. Please advise

Hi,

You may be right. There may be allergic contact dermatitis. There may be some cause. Soap,dust,housedust mites,pollen,grass, detergent,clothes, deodarant, cosmetics..etc may be responsible. Antihistaminics like levocetirizine may be taken to relieve itching. Oral steroids in tappering dose may be taken if needed.
Apply steroid cream or tacrolimus oint. You consult dermatologist. You may be alright. I hope you got my answer.
