Im 21 weeks pregnant with my second child... I have noticed the past week i have been getting a lump on my inner lower breasts. I would rub them to break up the lumps but they come back a couple hours later.. Whats going on and is there something i should do about it????
A lump in the breast can range from a number of causes, from simple cysts to normal developmental aberrations known as fibroadenosis to lumps known as fibroadenomas to more serious lumps. Now none of these need to be worried about or treated during pregnancy unless the lump is malignant. As your examination has revealed lumps, you can show them to a doctor to check if they are indeed something to worry about or normal changes.
