Hi, thanks for writing in HCM I need further information regarding your complaints do u have burning micturition ,or red coloured urine , radiating pain any same episode like this before. if the above mentioned symptoms present along with sudden onset its highly suggestive of calculi in ureter & urinary bladder,no need to get worried its common among people with age 20-30 my advise is to do ultrasound abdomen and pelvis and complete blood count ,renal parameters along with urine routine and microscopy and to consult urologist and gynaecologist for clinical examination immediately i would be glad to provide answers to any further queries. Thanks for using HMC Have a good day! Regards , Dr. V.KUMARAGURU general surgeon
