Reason For Positive USS But No Heartbeat Detected?

hi! i found out im pregnant, uss shows 9 weeks, but diagnosis was "gravid bulky uterus, endometrial decidual reaction noted, no cardiac activity seen" no heartbeat was detected. was it still somewhat early to check
still having immense fatigue and nausea one plus week after

Thanks for the query.
Usually by 9 weeks of gestational age, ultrasound can detect the gestational sac with fetal pole and heart beat.
As your ultrasound didn't show the heart beat, the possibilities are:
-Wrong dates. Sometimes because of wrong estimation of last menstrual period, gestational age can be wrongly calculated.
-Blighted ovum.
Is a condition in which gestational sac develops without fetal pole and heart beat.
It usually occurs due to chromosomal abnormality. And may not repeat in next pregnancies.
So, if your dates are correct, it should be considered as blighted ovum.
And termination may be needed.
