Hello. For a few months now, I ve had the sensation that I m producing an excessive amount of saliva in my mouth and that I need to swallow frequently. The only time I feel relief from this is when I m sleeping and when I m eating/drinking. It s driving me crazy. Swallowing should be something I don t think about, but I m consciously aware of this all day long. The only meds I take are Warfarin and Seroquel (for sleep). Thank you.
HI Thank for asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that if you have the secretion of excessive saliva then this could be duet to the hyperacidity and in my opinion this need to be treated and the best option is "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day for few weeks and Tab Domperidone once in day" take care and have a nice day.
