Reason For Sudden Heart Thumping And Racing?

My heart races when I am resting, eating, sleeping. I can feel it moving in my chest & if I look down, I can see & feel it thumping. It has been doing this for a couple of months. I am awaiting some heart test from my doctor, but I am really worried as to what this means or if I am on the verge of something serious or life threatening happening. I am on meds for various health conditions, but not for my heart. My blood pressure has been normal but last month it was 140/90. I do have depression and anxiety, but this heart thumping & racing extremely fast is new. Why is this happening.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern if you have anxiety and depression then such symptoms of heart racing, increasing beats is just likely, you have to keep your stress level very low and stop worrying about this, this will go away on its own without any treatment all you have to do is just relax, hope this information helps you, at the most you can go for ECG test for safe side, take care and have good day.
