Reason For Tiredness, Red Rash On Neck, Swelling In Limbs, Headaches?

My niece has the following symtoms and I am wondering if she needs to go to a diagnostic center such as Sansum Clininc. Her symptoms are: tired, listless, sleeping a lot (not rested when wakes up); red rash on neck, blotchy red spots on upper chest, loss of appetite, swelling in hands and feet, feet feel hot, headaches on left side of head (suffers from migraines but have increased in frequency an intensity over last 2 months), feels dizzy every day. She just turned 18 and I am worried about her. Help!

Your niece is suffering with the symptoms tired ness,lot of sleeping,loss of appetite, swelling of hands and feet,feel hot,head ache,dizziness.
The causes could be the anemia, or infection.
Red rash on neck,blotchy red spots on the chest,could be due to the allergy, and the above symptoms also can be due to allergy .
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment,so that he can summerise the symptoms and get the necessary tests only.
