Pus cells or WBCs in semen suggests infection, sexually transmitted disease may be the cause. Get a semen culture done. You need to take antibiotics to clear this infection. Treatment of infection will further improve your sperm function. Get your partner evaluated and if she is also infected she is also suppose to take treatment. Take care.
