Hello

first thing i need to know your age and gender.
if u have a gingival recession
if any food impaction is there?
if any attrition is present on that particular area?
what is the x ray report?
do u consult with your dentist or not?
pocket depth of the particular teeth?
bone loss is localized or generalized?
do u have any other boone disorders other than teeth?
these things are important for planning the treatment.
if u have any mobility on that tooth?

i hope you reply these details ,we will definitely help you ....

ADV

Dentist Dr. Qazi Ammara's  Response
Hi,

thanks for choosing HCM,

According to your clinical symptoms i suppose that you have developed gingival recession this could be due to,
-faulty tooth brushing habits.
-brusxism.
-periodontal infection.
-periodontal pocket formation.

Sensivity is seen when and cold substances comes in contact with the exposed root surfaces..
-Scaling can be done to remove the debris.
-Exposed root surfaces can be replaced with tooth coloured restorative material.
-Tissue bone grafting can be done in case of alveolar bone loss.

I would encourage you to visit to a Periodontist and get the checkup done.

Hope you find this information is useful,

Regards..
