Receding Hair Line. What About Of Biotin Should Be Taken?

I ve started taking 10,000 mcg of Biotin , due to receding hair line. I already take about 30 mcg that s in my multivitamin Centrum Silver for women. I want to know if this is too much for me? My urine is starting to have bad odor and my ankles are swollen. I do have high BP and on medication for that (Benicar Hct and Cardura). Should I reduce the amount of Biotin or abandon altogether? Thanks

Hi i do not think biotin causes the swelling of leg and bad odour of the urine.but i think it may be du to ur multivitamin or it may be due to ur genaral condition hence first evaluate about the condition and then decide.biotin is used to decrease hair loss
