Recent Bout Of Ischemic Colitis. Received Blood, Colonoscopy. Left Side Tender. Medical Care Required?

I had a recent bout with Ischemic colitis 2 weeks ago. I did receive 1 unit of blood as well as a coloinoscopy. I have not noticed any blood in my stool since that time. Currently my left side remains a little tender, but I am able to tolerate. Is this something that I should stay on top of if it persists and inform my primary care doctor?
