Recently I was tested for sti's and tested positive for gonorrhea in the urethra I've received treatment but today I consumed my own sperm/semen. Does that mean I've given myself gonorrhea again but also in the mouth? Should I be worried about passing gonorrhea orally through kissing? Will I need retreatment?
