Recently Had Intercourse With A New Partner Approximately 3 Weeks

Recently had intercourse with a new partner approximately 3 weeks ago. A few days later started getting abdominal pains and severe headaches. Looked up a few symptoms and noticed some said HIV symptoms. I asked the person about this on a serious level and they said no they do not have HIV/AIDS. I felt relief, until two weeks after the intercourse I started getting pressure in from my impacted wisdom teeth on top of canker sores on the tongue and sides of cheeks 2 days after pain in mouth was more sever and noticed some white color on tongue from time to time. Lymph nodes have developed under my jaw at the two corners closest to the neck and are slightly tender when pressed. Also had my throat checked due to white pus on tonsils and back of throat. Strep and mono tests came back negative and the doctor only said it may just be pharyngitis. On top of all that my front gums have become dark red and swollen. Most website having HIV/AIDS shown all these to be symptoms. Is this likely to be a fact and at this early?
