Recently my allergies were acting up again amd my tonsils got swollen. I couldn't swallow or talk. I had no fever or chills. Just a lot of sneezing. Now im trying to get of the phlegm (clear) which is almost gone but I'm nota spitter so I'm constantly straining to spit out the phlegm which hurts my throat more. Now,for the past few days i find myself gasping for breath like I'm crying about 2-3 times at night. I also have a dry throat and i do drink plenty of water. I sleep on my stomach. I have never had this problem. I quit smoking 2 weeks ago and i don't drink heavily. This started 3 days ago after my tonsils went back to normal. Help
