Recommend Cream For Burning Sensation On Face After Using KZ Cream For Fungal Infection In A Child

Hi,

My 4.6-year-old daughter seems to have got a fungal infection pretty much all over her body. Her doc prescribed KZ cream. Using that on her body was fine, but her facial skin was too sensitive - she developed a burning sensation. Can you recommend another cream for her face? It's seen as white patches and it seems to have spread on her face since I discontinued application. The rash on her body has pretty much disappeared.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is doubtful this may not be fungal lesion on her face, this could be hypo pigmented lesions may be due to deficiency of vitamin A you can try oral vitamin drops and cream containing steroid this is just trial given the suggestion here on the basis of history given here, take care and have nice time.
